Can I select a specific container?
Containers are assigned based on availability and the grade selected. A specific unit or color cannot be guaranteed. All containers meet the condition standards of the grade purchased.
What grades of containers do you offer?
We offer storage-grade wind and watertight (WWT) containers. We also have Cargo worthy (For Export) and New/One trip containers. Availability may vary by size and location.
Are the containers wind and watertight?
Yes. Containers are structurally sound and weather-tight at the time of delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.
Will the container be rust-free?
Used containers may show surface rust, dents, and scratches from prior service. These are cosmetic and do not affect structural integrity or weather resistance.
Can I inspect the container before delivery?
Pre-delivery inspections are generally not available due to depot access restrictions. Containers are delivered according to the grade purchased. Every Container we get from the depot is inspected by us prior to leaving the depot with your container.
Is delivery included in the price?
Container pricing does not automatically include delivery. Delivery cost depends on location and site access.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary based on availability and location. Estimated delivery windows are provided once an order is confirmed, usually within 7 days. Rush delivery is available.
What type of site access is required?
Delivery requires adequate clearance for a tilt-bed or roll-off truck, level ground, and sufficient space for unloading in a straight line, roughly 100-120 feet.
Can you place the container exactly where I want it?
Placement depends on site access, ground conditions, and safe delivery positioning. Clear instructions should be provided prior to delivery. Please contact us with any questions and provide pictures and any other important information.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
A responsible party should be present at the time of delivery unless alternative arrangements are made in advance.
Do I need a permit?
Permit requirements vary by city and zoning regulations. Check with your local municipality before scheduling delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
Approved electronic payments are accepted. Full payment is required before delivery is scheduled.
Are there additional fees?
Additional fees may apply for difficult access, redelivery, or rescheduling. Any applicable charges are communicated prior to scheduling.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Requests must be made before dispatch. Fees may apply once delivery has been scheduled or dispatched.
Do you offer refunds?
Container sales are final once delivery is completed.
Do you offer relocation or resale assistance?
Yes, Relocation or resale assistance may be available depending on location and availability. Please make sure the container is empty before relocating.
